Duane Jean Baptiste obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from
The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus (2003) and a Legal
Education Certificate from The Sir Hugh Wooding Law School (2005) where
he also obtained a Certificate of Mediation Training.
Duane has been admitted to practice in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court
in Anguilla (2005), Saint Lucia (2006) and the British Virgin Islands (2007)
circuits. He also served as the Secretary of the Anguilla Bar Association and
as part-time lecturer at the University of the West Indies, School of Continuing
Studies, from 2007-2011.
Duane’s practice primarily covers the areas of Employment Law, Insurance,
Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Civil Litigation.
