Ship Resistration in St. Lucia
The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA) has implemented an open ship registry which enables vessels of foreign companies or individuals to be registered. An open registry carries several economic benefits in that it serves as an alternative source of government revenue. Moreover, an increase in shipping registries will strengthen Saint Lucia’s position internationally. We offer advice and facilitate vessel registration guided by the Shipping Act and the Shipping Amendments Act.
